ITP Sport Creative Intern - (Unpaid)

ITP Sport, a branch of ITP media group involved in sports events such as Spartan and Tough Mudder, is looking for driven individuals for ITP Sport and Spartan Race with logistics and tasks. Multiple interns will be needed for multiple roles .

We need:

Designers for social media and marketing (design intern applications must include some form of portfolio or design work as in the additional files)

Design interns will primarily be expected to produce visual assets for ITP Sport events and campaigns and must have some experience/projects related to marketing and social media design. (AI generated photos may not be a part of your portfolio, intentional design and marketing is needed for this role).

Key Responsibilities:

• Help produce posters, social media posts, and banners for digital marketing and physical mediums

• Assist with social media scheduling and publishing across platforms.

• Support with content planning, calendar updates, and content organization.

• Create simple design templates for recurring content.

• Help monitor comments, messages, trends, and community engagement.

• Organize files and Improve assets when needed.

• Help create and brainstorm content when needed, including phone-shot content, behind-the-scenes clips, and social-first ideas.

• Keep track of platform trends and suggest relevant content opportunities.

• Ensure visuals are clean, consistent, and align with brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• Creative mindset with attention to detail

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Basic understanding of TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, and Youtube

• Basic knowledge of content creation tools is a plus.

• Good eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency

• Knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, Illustrator, or similar platforms.

Videographers and photographers

Videographers will aid with video production, photo editing, and video editing. Applicants must have at least some experience in photo editing and video editing and must be able to provide some samples of their work. (AI generated photos/videos may not be a part of your portfolio, videographers must have experience with taking photos in real life, and must be able to edit photos and videos using photos and video editing programs such as Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, CapCut, or similar platforms).

Key Responsibilities:

• Be able to communicate with any parties requesting photographs and videos.

• Help edit videos and photos in creative and artistic ways as well as in ways that align with brand guidelines

• Help create and brainstorm content when needed, including phone-shot content, behind-the-scenes clips, and social-first ideas.

• Pitch, script, shoot, and edit videos within the standard of ITP Sport.

Requirements:

• Understand social media trends

• Creative mindset with attention to detail

• Have a good eye for composition, color, and lighting

• Ability to edit vertical videos and photos for mobile-first platforms

• Basic understanding of TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, and Youtube

• Strong knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, Illustrator, or similar platforms.
