Hr Officer

Dewvale School Al Quoz is looking for a professional and organized HR Officer to join its team in Dubai. This full-time position is ideal for an experienced HR professional who can effectively manage daily human resources operations while supporting employees and ensuring smooth administrative processes within the school.
The successful candidate will oversee HR administration, recruitment support, employee records, payroll coordination, compliance activities, and staff engagement initiatives. This role requires excellent organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work closely with multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily HR administration and coordinate employee-related activities.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and confidential HR documentation.
• Support recruitment activities, including CV screening and interview scheduling.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation processes.
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
• Assist with employee relations and workplace support initiatives.
• Prepare HR letters, reports, forms, and other documentation.
• Coordinate payroll-related activities with the finance department.
• Support HR policy implementation and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate performance review processes and employee engagement programs.
• Work closely with school management, Finance, and Administration departments.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience.

• Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing multiple HR responsibilities simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
