We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and accelerate the growth of our client's rapidly expanding HR and workforce solutions startup.
This opportunity is suited for an accomplished industry leader with a proven ability to scale businesses, build strategic partnerships, and drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the company's overall business strategy, growth, and expansion.
- Drive business development and establish strategic partnerships across the region.
- Scale operations while strengthening organizational capabilities and performance.
- Leverage technology and digital transformation to enhance business solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities, public sector organizations, and industry stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive leadership experience in the HR, recruitment, manpower, staffing, or workforce solutions industry .
- Proven track record of successfully scaling startups or high-growth businesses.
- Strong understanding of technology-driven and IT-enabled business solutions.
- Established network within government and public sector organizations.
- Strong regional connections across recruitment, staffing, and manpower agencies.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, business development, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
We are looking for an industry veteran who can turn vision into measurable business growth.
