Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Dubai. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and building a high-performance sales culture. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales leadership, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to navigate Dubai's fast-paced, multicultural business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, business plans, and promotional campaigns to achieve operational and commercial objectives. Identify untapped market opportunities and negotiate strategic commercial agreements.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to support individual growth and maximize team effectiveness. Foster a high-performance, accountable culture.
- Performance Management: Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy. Ensure the team consistently achieves and exceeds revenue targets. Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance expectations.
- Client & Key Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and distributors. Drive the sales process from planning to closure, building lasting customer relationships.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities and risks. Provide market feedback and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and other internal teams to improve customer acquisition, onboarding, and retention outcomes.
- CRM & Reporting: Ensure accurate account information and sales activity are maintained within the CRM system. Provide regular sales, revenue, and expense reports to management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: 5–10+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3+ years in a sales management or leadership role.
- Industry Expertise: Deep experience in the relevant sector (e.g., Technology, Fintech, FMCG, Real Estate, Hospitality, Consumer Electronics).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a strong advantage.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, managing teams, and driving growth.
- Technical Skills: Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, forecasting capabilities, and proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Language: Fluency in English is required. Arabic is a strong asset for engaging with GCC clients.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dubai
