HR Executive / HR Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive / HR Specialist to manage and support various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will help build a positive workplace culture, ensure smooth HR operations, and support business goals through effective people management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate employee joining formalities, documentation, and orientation programs.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
• Support payroll processing, attendance management, leave administration, and employee benefits.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
• Coordinate performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
• Support employee engagement activities and workplace culture programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
• Coordinate training programs and track employee development needs.
• Assist in resolving employee relations issues professionally and confidentially.
• Support HR audits and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist HR roles.
• Good knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and employee relations.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems/software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
