An HR Specialist – Talent & Performance Management is responsible for developing and implementing programs that help attract, develop, assess, and retain employees while ensuring individual performance aligns with organizational goals.

The HR Specialist – Talent & Performance Management supports the design and execution of talent management and performance management initiatives. This role works closely with managers and employees to improve workforce capability, enhance employee performance, identify high-potential talent, and support career development and succession planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer the organization's performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
• Monitor performance evaluation completion and provide guidance to managers and employees.
• Support talent review and succession planning activities.
• Identify high-potential employees and assist in creating development plans.
• Analyze performance and talent data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Develop and implement competency frameworks and career development programs.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives based on performance gaps.
• Support employee engagement, retention, and recognition programs.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Ensure HR policies and talent processes comply with company policies and labor regulations.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and department managers on workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in talent management, performance management, organizational development, or general HR.
• Knowledge of performance management systems and HRIS platforms.
• Familiarity with competency-based frameworks and succession planning.
• Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, PHR) are an advantage.
