HR Officer

An HR Officer is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. Typical responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process, including posting vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.

• Process employee attendance, leave records, and coordinate payroll information.

• Prepare HR reports and assist management with workforce planning.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience (requirements vary by employer).
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law (for UAE positions).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll software.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

• Payroll and attendance management.
• HRMS/ERP experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho People, Odoo).
