Shoreside.Partners is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Virtual Customer Coordinator to join its remote team. The successful candidate will assist clients with travel planning, including cruises, resorts, flights, and vacation packages. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely while developing customer service skills, learning travel systems, and building relationships with clients in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly and reliable customer support through phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
• Assist clients with researching and booking travel options, including cruises, resorts, flights, and vacation packages.
• Guide customers through itineraries, payment details, and travel documentation.
• Research destinations, promotions, and travel options based on customer preferences.
• Help resolve basic booking and account-related issues.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the travel planning process.
