Description:

Lineout Media is seeking a highly organized and proactive Account Coordinator to support daily account operations across multiple client engagements. This remote full-time role is ideal for individuals who enjoy creating structure, managing workflows, and helping teams deliver successful client projects.

The selected candidate will work closely with Account Directors and cross-functional teams to track projects, maintain timelines, support reporting activities, and ensure clear communication between internal teams and clients. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in account management, project coordination, and digital marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Account Directors with daily account coordination and project management activities.

• Track project timelines, deliverables, action items, and next steps across multiple client accounts.

• Create and manage tasks within project management platforms to maintain visibility and accountability.

• Follow up with internal teams to ensure projects remain on schedule.

• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, blockers, or delays.

• Prepare meeting recaps, document key decisions, and organize follow-up actions.

• Assist with reporting workflows, data organization, and client-facing materials.

• Coordinate with media, creative, strategy, and leadership teams to maintain alignment.

• Support workflow improvements and operational consistency across accounts.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in account coordination, project coordination, client services, operations, or related support roles.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities effectively.

• Strong follow-through and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• High emotional intelligence with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Productive, or similar platforms is preferred.

• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
