Description:

Elevate is seeking a Workflow Coordinator to join its MedLegal business unit and support the Service Delivery Team. The position focuses on analyzing assigned casework, optimizing workflow distribution, and helping the team meet utilization and monthly revenue targets across US and global delivery operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with customer facilitation teams and senior workflow leadership to manage schedules, adjust delivery pipelines, and improve operational efficiency. This remote position requires availability Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Arizona Time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze casework assigned to the Global Review Team and identify workflow trends.

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in work allocation and scheduling.

• Collaborate with customer facilitation teams to meet case-specific and customer requirements.

• Make real-time adjustments to the delivery pipeline when necessary.

• Work with the Senior Workflow Analyst and senior leadership to support workflow decisions.

• Manage schedules and work assignments across US and global delivery teams.

• Monitor workflow performance and support utilization and revenue objectives.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Strong experience managing schedules and executive-level calendars.

• Ability to manage multiple calendars and competing priorities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Data analysis and business operations experience is preferred.

• Legal or medical administration experience is preferred.

• Previous work-from-home experience is an advantage.

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to solve problems independently and make sound decisions.

• Comfortable adapting to changes in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

• Professional communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.

• Advanced proficiency with Outlook Calendar.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.

• Strong knowledge of:
