Harris Computer is looking for an organized and adaptable Customer Success Coordinator to join the Connecture team. This remote role is open to candidates across the United States and focuses on supporting customer success operations, managing customer requests, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.

The successful candidate will assist with customer communications, project coordination, reporting, documentation, and support activities during annual implementation cycles. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys working with customers, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customer success and operations management activities.

• Assist customer success managers and operations teams with project coordination and completion.

• Provide administrative and technical support, including scheduling meetings, preparing customer communications, monitoring timelines, and coordinating with internal departments.

• Communicate customer issues, challenges, and additional requirements while recommending solutions.

• Monitor project activities and provide progress updates to project managers and leadership.

• Provide customer support through phone, email, support tickets, and online communication channels.

• Handle customer inquiries, coordinate issue resolution, and ensure successful completion of requests.

• Assist with data file collection, validation, and issue resolution.

• Perform administrative tasks and additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Experience working with internal teams, customers, vendors, and service providers.

• Strong customer management skills, including project coordination, issue resolution, customer training support, and relationship building.

• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• General technical knowledge to support customer needs.

• Ability to identify process improvements and suggest solutions.

• Collaborative team player with strong learning abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Visio, and MS Project.

Strong knowledge of:
