Program Lead, Executive Operations

Responsibilities
- Own executive and leadership operating rhythms end-to-end, including agendas, decision capture, and action items
- Translate leadership discussions into clear decisions, named owners, and measurable next steps
- Produce executive briefing documents, All Hands content, and board materials
- Partner with executive leaders to provide decision support and synthesize complex cross-functional information
- Own high-priority executive initiatives from planning through execution
- Provide strategic calendar support, coordinate complex travel, and handle leadership event logistics
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment (Business Ops, Chief of Staff, or Program Management)
- Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional programs to completion without formal authority
- Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand business functions
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and create structure and processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within healthcare or health technology (EMR, revenue cycle management)
- Experience supporting board or investor reporting cycles
- Proficiency with modern AI tools and business intelligence tools or SQL
