Operations Executive

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily operations and service activities.
• Prepare and monitor daily job schedules for technicians and service teams.
• Coordinate with clients to confirm appointments, site access and service requirements.
• Assign technicians and drivers to jobs according to workload and availability.
• Monitor team attendance, punctuality and daily field movements.
• Coordinate transportation and ensure teams reach client locations on time.
• Follow up with technicians during ongoing jobs and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor completion of AC duct cleaning, coil cleaning and other technical service jobs.
• Ensure service teams follow company procedures, safety requirements and client instructions.
• Communicate with clients regarding job status, delays, additional requirements and complaints.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned team for quick resolution.
• Prepare daily operation reports, job completion reports and team performance updates.
• Coordinate with the Sales, HR, Accounts and Management teams whenever required.
• Maintain proper records of service schedules, manpower allocation, vehicles and equipment.
• Monitor tools, cleaning materials, equipment and other operational requirements.
• Identify operational problems and recommend practical solutions to management.
• Support recruitment and manpower requirements by communicating operational staffing needs to HR.
• Ensure proper handover and follow-up of pending or incomplete jobs.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with teams to ensure jobs are completed according to company standards.
• Perform other operational duties assigned by Management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations, Management or a related field.
• 2–4 years of UAE experience in operations, facilities management, technical services, HVAC/MEP or a similar industry.
• Experience managing field/service teams will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Dubai/UAE locations and road routes.
• Strong team coordination and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook .
• Strong reporting and organizational skills.
• Good English communication skills; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu or Arabic is an advantage.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
• Candidate should be flexible with working hours when operational requirements demand.
• Must be responsible, punctual, proactive and capable of working independently.
