Operations Executive

Annex Relocations is looking for a motivated and results-driven  Operations Executive to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy coordinating daily operations, and have a proactive approach to solving challenges.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage clients, vendors, and internal teams efficiently. Candidates with experience in the relocation, moving, or shipping industry will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operational activities with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

• Manage schedules, operational tasks, and service delivery efficiently.

• Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth workflow across departments.

• Maintain effective communication with customers and stakeholders.

• Prepare reports and maintain operational records using Microsoft Office.

• Support continuous improvement of operational processes and customer service.

Requirements:

• Excellent people-handling and communication skills.

• Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to manage clients, teams, vendors, and daily operations effectively.

• Proactive, responsible, and target-oriented mindset.

• Strong negotiation skills with a willingness to learn and grow.

• Experience in relocation, moving, or shipping is preferred.

•  Strong knowledge of:

• Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.

• Operations coordination and client relationship management.

• Logistics, relocation, and vendor coordination processes.
