About the Role

Finkraft.ai is building its UAE hospitality go-to-market engine, targeting aggressive coverage of the Dubai hotel market. This role does not involve direct selling — it involves running the operating system that makes a team of field associates significantly more productive: territory planning, CRM discipline, objection tracking, follow-up management, and hot-lead escalation.

This is not a senior sales role, a hotel relationship-manager role, a surveillance/monitoring role, or an office administration role.

What You'll Do

Plan the day

• Review CRM data, identify overdue follow-ups, and prevent duplicate account visits

• Prioritize hot and warm accounts and cluster hotels geographically for efficient coverage

• Assign hotels to field associates based on location, transport access, and individual strengths

• Set daily targets and run a short morning briefing with the team

Manage the day

• Track which associates are covering which accounts and whether planned meetings are happening

• Identify new objections, hot leads, and gaps in CRM data as they arise

• Focus on outcomes and coaching rather than location tracking

Ensure follow-through

• Every meaningful interaction is logged with notes, objections raised, next action, owner, and due date

• Hot leads are escalated immediately — this includes engagement from Finance Directors, Commercial Directors, or General Managers, and any request for pricing, demos, pilots, or technical discussion

Close the day

• Produce a daily Plan vs. Actual summary covering accounts targeted, meaningful conversations, meetings held, qualified and hot opportunities, CRM completeness, key objections, and priorities for the next day

What We're Looking For

Hospitality experience is not required. We're specifically interested in candidates who have personally managed a field team in one of the following industries:

• Payments or merchant acquisition

• Real estate (site-visit or broker teams)

• FMCG (territory or area sales management, beat planning)

• Telecom, insurance, or financial-services field acquisition

• Logistics or delivery operations with team leadership

• B2B SME acquisition

Requirements

• Proven experience personally managing a field-based team, with measurable improvements in productivity or conversion

• Working fluency with a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, LeadSquared, or equivalent)

• Strong organizational and numerical skills; comfortable working with dashboards and daily metrics

• Assertive, process-minded, and capable of coaching junior or early-career team members

• Comfortable operating largely from a remote command-centre setup, with willingness to join the field when needed

• Based in Dubai/UAE or able to relocate immediately, with the ability to travel across the city

• Valid UAE or DIFC work authorization, or eligibility to obtain it — this will be verified as part of the hiring process before any work begins

What We Don't Want

• Candidates who have never managed or coordinated a field team

• Purely inside-sales or individual-contributor backgrounds with no team management exposure

• Candidates who measure success primarily by visit count rather than qualified outcomes

• Desk-only or fully remote preferences that don't allow for occasional field presence

Compensation & Growth

This role reports into the UAE Business/Operations function and has a clear growth path toward managing a larger field team as coverage scales. Compensation will be discussed based on experience and fit.
