Territory Manager – Field Sales
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Territory Manager – Field Sales to lead our field sales team, drive business growth, and achieve sales targets across assigned territories in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the field sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Plan and execute effective field sales strategies within the assigned territory.
- Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs and sales targets.
- Conduct regular field visits and provide hands-on support to the sales team.
- Train, coach, and develop sales executives to improve productivity and performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer reach within the territory.
Requirements
Requirements
- 2–3 years of UAE experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Previous Team Leader / Sales Supervisor experience is mandatory.
- Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
- Field Sales / D2D Sales experience is highly preferred.
- Telecom sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
