Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or consulting.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and mentoring teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and sales data.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies efficiently.
- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team development.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex situations.
