About the Role

Position Overview: The Immigration Manager assumes responsibility for overseeing and managing all facets of immigration-related matters within an organization. This pivotal role involves ensuring adherence to immigration laws and regulations, facilitating the immigration process for employees, and staying abreast of evolving immigration policies.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate Visa applications for various countries (Canada, UK, Schengen) to ensure compliance with immigration regulations.
• Exhibit proficiency with government forms and requisite documentation.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and case progress in our case management system.
• Ensure prompt completion of all immigration processing tasks.
• Provide guidance and assistance to applicants regarding immigration procedures.
• Stay abreast of changes in immigration regulations and communicate updates to management.
• Undertake additional related tasks as delegated.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 5000.00 — AED 8,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Immigration Processing Case Manager: 4-5 years (Preferred)

Requirements

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in immigration processing.
• Strong organizational and time management acumen.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication prowess.
• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with Canadian, UK, and Schengen immigration regulations and protocols.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
