As a Business Development Manager (m/f/d), your greatest recognition comes from seeing the company grow with your help. Your responsibilities:

• Your primary focus will be generating partnerships for the Dirk Kreuter brand, specifically through the Podcast and YouTube in Chinese.
• Your main goal is to increase Dirk Kreuter's reach across all social media channels in Chinese.
• You will negotiate both short- and long-term partnerships and alliances, including their terms and conditions.
• You will be the main point of contact for all matters related to external partnerships in Chinese.
• You will permanently monitor the continuing education market, identifying potential risks and opportunities for us.
• You will contribute ideas, develop concepts, present them to the management, and then implement them.

• Ideally, you bring an existing network in the social media/podcast sector and have proven success in acquiring cooperation partners.
• Very good knowledge of the Coaching Market and legal conditions in Chinese
• You have a strong understanding of YouTube and podcasts.
• You possess excellent communication s kills in german, english and chinese.
• You have a friendly and professional demeanor when dealing with internal and external contacts.
• You are characterized by high flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• A hands-on mentality and a structured, self-reliant work style are second nature to you.
• You are a trustworthy individual with high social competence and a strong sense of initiative.

You enjoy interacting with external partners and are active, flexible, and cooperative within the team. Your high level of commitment and your ability to work independently are key traits. You are communicative and convince others through a professional appearance and rhetorical skill to successfully shape partnerships.
