About the Role

You'll own the complete logistics chain for a fast-moving, asset-light operation across two distinct channels: ecommerce fulfillment and offline private events. This is a greenfield opportunity—there's no existing playbook, which means you'll build the standard operating procedures, implement controls, and create the reporting structure from scratch. You report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and will be the operational backbone of everything that moves.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound & Inventory Control

• Receive and validate all inbound stock against packing lists, documenting every discrepancy from day one
• Maintain clean, real-time inventory visibility across both ecommerce and offline event channels
• Manage packaging stock levels to prevent operational stoppages

Offline Event Operations

• Coordinate all logistics for private sales events, including transport, setup, stock allocation, and end-of-event returns
• Control stock movements at events: quantities sold, unsold inventory returns, and shrinkage tracking
• Investigate and reduce product losses, which represent the primary operational risk on this channel

Ecommerce Operations

• Manage daily coordination with third-party logistics partners for order processing, pick & pack, and outbound shipments
• Monitor order cancellation rates and drive improvements through better stock accuracy and delivery timelines
• Track and reduce delivery lead times to end customers while communicating accurate ETAs to internal teams

Brand Partner Logistics

• Act as the main operational contact for brand logistics teams on inbound shipments, returns, and documentation
• Handle customs and export documentation when required (HS codes, certificates of origin, commercial invoices)

Process & Reporting

• Build and own all operational SOPs, inbound controls, event checklists, loss tracking, and return processes
• Produce weekly operational reports covering delivery performance, loss rates, cancellation rates, and stock discrepancies
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement corrective actions

What We're Looking For

Experience & Skills

• 5+ years in logistics, supply chain, or operations management (retail, 3PL, or distribution backgrounds all equally valued)
• Hands-on experience managing third-party logistics partners on a daily basis
• Strong attention to detail—you catch discrepancies before they become losses
• Proven ability to build processes and documentation from scratch, not just follow existing playbooks
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent operational flows under time pressure
• Advanced Excel proficiency—you build your own tracking tools rather than waiting for someone else to create them
• Fluent in English
