Head of Marketing Operations / Deputy

Join our client, a results-driven established iGaming operator as Head of Marketing Operations / Deputy Marketing Director. You will report to the Marketing Director and act as their operational right hand. Based in Dubai with a hybrid working arrangement, you will help turn the Marketing Director’s priorities into clear projects, owned by the right people, and delivered on time across the Marketing organisation.
This role is not primarily an acquisition role. It is a senior Marketing management and operations position covering the whole department.
- Coordinate execution across Affiliates, CRM, Social, Performance Marketing, SEO, Creators, and Analytics
- Turn Marketing priorities into clear projects, owners, and deadlines
- Manage follow-ups and accountability across teams
- Coordinate major campaigns, launches, and cross-functional projects
- Identify and resolve execution bottlenecks
- Improve internal processes and communication
- Help allocate resources across brands and functions
- Support the Marketing Director with planning, budgeting, and major initiatives
- Coordinate Marketing activity for new brands and launches
Candidate profile
- Senior Marketing management, Marketing operations or similar leadership experience
- Strong iGaming experience preferred
- Crypto, fintech, gaming or other fast-moving digital experience can also be relevant
- Experience within an established Marketing organization
- Strong people and project management skills
- Commercially strong, but equally comfortable managing operations and execution
- Able to coordinate several specialist functions without needing to personally be the specialist in every area
- Offshore or grey-market iGaming experience is a major advantage
- Australian market experience is beneficial but not required
- Experience at a large licensed operator is also highly relevant
- Must be willing to relocate to Dubai
This position offers visa relocation support. You will be based in Dubai, with hybrid working, and you will join a dynamic and ambitious team. We are looking for someone who can take a set of priorities from the Marketing Director and make sure the organisation delivers them without requiring constant follow-up from the Director.
