Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: posting jobs screening resumes conducting interviews coordinating assessments and facilitating offers primarily in open positions and source candidates using various recruitment innovation to attract top with country managers or hiring managers to determine hiring with country and department heads on talent development and implement effective sourcing strategies using various channels (job boards social media referrals networking).Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (Manatal).Conduct reference checks and background verification as a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely updated on employment of UAE laws and best practices in and manage UAE visa processing and onboarding documentation for new hires:Collect and verify the required with government relations officer for employment visa application medical Emirates ID and labor contract and follow up on the progress of visa applications to ensure timely recruitment and visa processing reports for internal tracking and :A minimum of a Bachelors degree in any experience with UAE visa processing procedures is knowledge of UAE labor and immigration least 3 years of work experienced in recruitment and talent acquisition within the General & Administration Department/Nontech with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume approach with a vibrant and highly positive team player with excellent attention to emotional intelligence and assertiveness.
