Recruitment Coordinator
HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology
We are looking for an experienced Competency Assessor to conduct candidate assessments and evaluate their skills and competencies against defined standards. The candidate must have prior assessor experience, excellent English communication skills, and be willing to travel internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct competency and skills assessments for candidates.
- Evaluate candidates through interviews, practical assessments, observations, and tests.
- Ensure assessments are conducted fairly, consistently, and according to established standards.
- Prepare assessment reports and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate assessment results and provide appropriate feedback.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity throughout the assessment process.
- Coordinate with trainers and other stakeholders regarding assessment activities.
- Travel internationally to conduct assessments when required.
- Attend and successfully complete the mandatory 5-day training , followed by a competency test.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong communication, presentation, interviewing, and evaluation skills.
- Good report-writing and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and objective decision-making.
- Ability to work with candidates from different nationalities and backgrounds.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Male candidates preferred/required as per the role requirement.
- Candidate must undertake a English test
