About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at headhunting and sourcing candidates through various platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and social media. This role will involve supporting our talent sourcing and attraction campaigns through effective interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes in the Middle East and worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Headhunting: Identify and engage experienced candidates for confidential clients globally through social media, LinkedIn, advertising, and other channels.
• Recruitment Management: Oversee the recruitment process, providing insights and strategies to attract the best candidates.
• Process Improvement: Propose and implement new ideas for continuous enhancement of the recruitment process.
• Tool Discovery: Participate in the identification and evaluation of new recruitment tools and technologies.
• Candidate Qualification: Collaborate with clients to shortlist and qualify suitable candidates before submission.
• Client Understanding: Gain a comprehensive understanding of client hiring requirements and expectations.
• Candidate Management: Effectively manage candidates throughout the interview process and assist in closing offers.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment within recruitment firms. 
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. 
• E xperience in the GCC region is desirable.

• Experience with social media recruitment strategies.
• Google suite knowledge.
• Advanced Sourcing: Passive candidate mapping, and channel outreach.
• Tech & AI Adoption: Hands-on experience with ATS tools, screening platforms, and an active interest in leveraging AI tools for workflow efficiency.

Location & Commitments

• Full-time, Contracted.
• Work 5 days a week (flexibility on days according to project needs), 9 hours a day, including a 1-hour lunch break
• Office based
