Account Manager – Recruitment

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager – Recruitment to manage client relationships, understand hiring requirements, coordinate recruitment activities, and drive successful talent delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong client management, recruitment, communication, negotiation, and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
• Understand client manpower requirements, s, hiring plans, and recruitment timelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the recruitment team.
• Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely submission of qualified candidates.
• Review candidate pipelines and monitor recruitment progress against client requirements.
• Ensure candidates meet the required technical, professional, and experience criteria.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates.
• Follow up with clients regarding interview feedback, selections, offers, and joining dates.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide recruitment status updates.
• Resolve client concerns and ensure a high level of service satisfaction.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs such as CV submissions, interviews, selections, offer-to-join ratios, and turnaround time.
• Prepare and maintain client reports, recruitment trackers, and account performance reports.
• Support contract negotiations, commercial discussions, and recruitment service agreements.
• Identify opportunities for additional hiring requirements and business growth within existing accounts.
• Develop new client relationships and support business development activities.
• Research market trends, salary levels, talent availability, and competitor activity.
• Ensure compliance with agreed recruitment processes, service-level agreements, and company policies.
• Work closely with recruitment, HR, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of client requirements, candidate activity, and account information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field .
• 3–6 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, client servicing, or account management.
• Experience managing recruitment accounts and client relationships.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, ATS, CRM, or recruitment management systems .
• Ability to manage multiple clients and requirements simultaneously.
• Target-oriented, organized, and commercially aware.

Preferred Experience

• Proven ability to retain clients and generate repeat business.
