As Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new interior fit-out opportunities while managing an existing portfolio of clients. You'll be one of the key points of contact throughout the pre-construction process, coordinating internally with estimating, design and technical teams working on high quality proposals and successful project conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow client relationships across the UAE fit-out market.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research and direct client engagement.
- Understand client requirements, project objectives, budgets and programme expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare competitive proposals, tender submissions, presentations and commercial offers.
- Manage client communication throughout the process.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline with client meetings, opportunities and forecasted business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and client feedback to identify future opportunities.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients to maximise repeat work.
Requirements
- Proven business development or account management experience within the UAE interior fit-out industry .
- Strong understanding of commercial, retail, hospitality, F&B, residential fit-out projects.
- Demonstrable experience generating new business and managing client accounts.
- Existing network would be highly advantageous.
- Fluent English communication skills, Arabic would be advantageous.
