Business Development Manager (Account Manager)

Job Description 

Our client is looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to join their team in Dubai. This is a hybrid role combining the management of existing operator accounts with a strong focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities across the region.

You will be responsible for growing long-term partnerships with existing clients while actively sourcing, developing and converting new operator relationships. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys both relationship management and business development, thrives in a target-driven environment, and is passionate about building a strong industry network.

Location : Remote - Dubai

Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager , your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Account Management
  • Manage a portfolio of existing operator accounts and act as the main commercial contact.

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and understand their commercial objectives.

  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue.

  • Drive upselling and cross-selling of products, content and additional solutions.

  • Conduct regular business reviews and maintain strong client engagement.

  • Resolve commercial issues promptly to maximise retention and account growth.

Business Development
  • Identify, qualify and engage new business opportunities across the region.

  • Build relationships with prospective operators from initial outreach through to contract signature.

  • Deliver commercial presentations and negotiate partnership agreements.

  • Coordinate successful onboarding with internal teams.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed business development targets.

Industry Networking
  • Develop and maintain relationships with operators, suppliers and industry partners.

  • Represent the company at major industry conferences and networking events.

  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.

Commercial Operations
  • Work closely with senior commercial leadership on pipeline strategy.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.

  • Share market insights to support commercial planning and future growth initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators
  • New qualified business opportunities generated.

  • New operator partnerships successfully launched.

  • Revenue generated from new business.

  • Sales conversion rates and deal completion timelines.

  • Growth across existing client accounts.

  • Client retention and engagement.

  • Pipeline value and forecasting accuracy.

  • Industry networking and relationship development.

Requirements:

Essential
  • Proven B2B business development experience within the iGaming industry.

  • Experience managing and growing operator relationships.

  • Strong track record of negotiating and closing commercial deals.

  • Good understanding of casino products, live casino, crash games, instant games and platform integrations.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong organisational and pipeline management abilities.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive, target-driven approach.

  • Willingness to travel regularly for meetings and industry events.

Nice to Have
  • Existing network of operator contacts within Dubai or other international markets.

  • Experience working with aggregation platforms or API-based gaming solutions.

  • Demonstrated success in consistently generating and converting new business opportunities.
