Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment process including job postings candidate sourcing screening interviews and offer negotiations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various roles.
• Utilize a variety of channels including social media job boards networking events and employee referrals to source high-quality candidates.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet both the technical and cultural fit for the company.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
• Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• Freshers and Junior Recruiters are welcome to apply.
• For mid-to-senior Recruiters we would be looking at a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment within a Recruitment Agency preferably in Dubai or the UAE market.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies tools and best practices.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or any second language is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting for a variety of roles across different industries.
• Certification in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition (e.g. PHR SHRM-CP).
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
