Language Alignment & Resource Partner (Norwegian)

Responsibilities
- Review, annotate, and test AI outputs for grammatical accuracy, naturalness, and cultural context
- Act as a primary quality check to identify and correct subtle cultural errors or awkward phrasing in Norwegian
- Analyze task quality trends and develop educational resources and feedback documentation
- Provide native-level language vetting and specialized linguistic consultation during project scaling
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in linguistics, education, or fields requiring high linguistic detail
- Prior experience in human data evaluation or annotation
- Verified Norwegian language proficiency (C1 or C2 level)
- Ability to transform raw feedback into structured, actionable educational resources
- Meticulous attention to subtle linguistic nuances and unnatural phrasing
