Human Resources Specialist
Fundamental Hospitality
Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at the Head Office in Dubai.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably within the hospitality/hotels industry.
Strong experience managing both employment processes/relations and contracts.
Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law / DIFC Law and visa regulations .
Experience with payroll processing and WPS.
Hands-on experience with HRIS systems.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Fluency in English
