At Ounass, we’re looking for a temporary Finance Business Partner (FBP) acts as a strategic advisor to business units, providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making. This role ensures alignment between financial objectives and business strategy, driving efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth

What You Will Be Doing

• Partner with leadership to develop financial strategies that align with business goals.

• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.

• Identify risks and opportunities, proactively advising on financial performance and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost structures and enhance revenue growth.

• Lead the financial planning and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate objectives.

• Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights for business performance improvement.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring financial discipline across business units.

• Develop financial models to evaluate business cases, new projects, and investment opportunities.

• Drive process improvements to enhance financial reporting, planning, and cost control measures.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and internal controls.

• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear recommendations.

• Provide financial guidance and training to non-financial managers, fostering financial acumen within the organization.

• Collaborate with teams to enhance financial awareness and accountability in decision-making.

• Support team development by sharing best practices and mentoring finance colleagues.

• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to facilitate a finance-driven performance culture

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.

• Professional certification (e.g., CA)

• Ongoing professional development in financial analysis, business strategy, and leadership.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.

• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data interpretation.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Advanced knowledge of SAP as ERP systems, financial software, and reporting tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and influence decision-making.

• Strong business partnering, commercial finance, FP&A and stakeholder management experience
