We are inviting experienced real estate professionals based in Dubai to join us as Strategic Partners to contribute to the company's business growth, client acquisition, market expansion, and strategic collaborations.
This is not a salaried employment position . It is a business partnership opportunity with a profit-sharing model.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand business opportunities within the UAE real estate market.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, brokers, investors, and referral partners.
- Identify and onboard qualified buyers and investment opportunities.
- Represent the company in networking events and business meetings.
- Contribute to business strategy, market expansion, and partnership development.
- Ensure all activities comply with applicable UAE real estate regulations and company policies.
Eligibility
- Must be currently residing and working in Dubai, UAE .
- Strong network within the Dubai real estate industry.
- Proven experience in real estate brokerage, property investment, business development, or strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to generate business independently.
- Knowledge of the UAE property market and regulatory framework is preferred.
Compensation
- No fixed monthly remuneration.
- Strategic Partners will receive 20%–40% of the company's profits , subject to the terms of the partnership arrangement and performance.
