Strategic Initiatives Lead: Partner to the CEO
Pave Bank
Pave Bank is seeking a Chief of Staff in Dubai to partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategic initiatives and operational excellence. You will drive end-to-end cross-functional projects, manage performance insights, and remove blockers to enable rapid execution across functions.
You will prepare the CEO for regulator, investor, board, and employee forums, communicate major company updates, and represent the CEO in key forums.
