The Opportunity

Bring your passion for customer service, sales support and operational coordination to Gallagher Security as our new Customer Service / Sales Support specialist. Based in Dubai, this varied role sits within our Middle East Operations team, supporting Channel Partners, customers and internal sales teams across the region.

You’ll play a key role in creating a seamless customer experience, from processing orders and quotations through to responding to enquiries, coordinating documentation, managing CRM updates and keeping customers informed. This is an opportunity to join a global security technology business as we continue to strengthen our direct presence and local support across the Middle East.

Your role at a glance:

• Process Channel Partner orders and prepare sales quotations accurately and efficiently.

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email, providing clear updates and timely resolution.

• Know when to escalate technical queries and work closely with Technical Support to ensure customers receive the right expertise.

• Partner with Sales, Operations, Technical Support, Finance and freight providers to support smooth order fulfilment.

• Prepare invoices, shipping information, export documentation, credits and debits where required.

• Maintain accurate customer, contact and interaction records in Gallagher’s CRM systems.

• Generate and update licences and card encoding files, supporting customers with accurate and responsive administration.

• Monitor consignment tracking, distributor forecasts, third-party orders and delivery timelines.

• Keep up to date with Gallagher Security products, processes and system updates through training and ongoing learning.

• Contribute to team knowledge sharing, cross-training, team cover and continuous improvement across sales support processes.

About You

We’re looking for a customer-focused, highly organised team player who enjoys being the go-to person for customers and internal teams. You’ll be confident working across cultures, comfortable managing competing priorities and committed to delivering accurate, responsive and professional support in a fast-moving regional environment.

What you’ll bring:

• 2+ years’ experience in customer service, sales support, order processing or sales administration.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal; Arabic or another regional language would be highly regarded.

• Experience using Microsoft Office; SAP ERP, SAP CRM or similar systems would be advantageous.

• A high level of accuracy, attention to detail and confidence working with order, quote and customer data.

• A genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service and building strong partner relationships.

• The ability to stay calm under pressure, organise your workload and meet dispatch or response deadlines.

• Experience with freight, logistics, export documentation or third-party order coordination would be a plus.

• A proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to work independently and as part of a team.

• An interest in learning Gallagher Security products and developing strong product and process knowledge.

• Previous experience supporting Channel Partners, distributors or B2B customers would be beneficial.
