Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through multiple communication channels.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and providing effective solutions.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address customer inquiries and support continuous improvement.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments in a timely manner.
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support at all times.
• Identify and address common customer concerns to prevent future issues.
• Develop and keep up to date with company policies, products, and services.
• Assist in training new hires and provide support to peer team members.
• Monitor social media and online channels for customer feedback and concerns.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and collaborative workplace culture.

Requirements

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal, in English and other languages.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively under pressure.
• Adequate knowledge of CRM systems and practices is highly beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in related field is preferred.
• Must possess problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications and ability to learn new software quickly.
