Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
– Answer customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
– Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
– Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
– Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved.
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
– Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer requests.
– Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
– Handle customer feedback and report recurring issues to management.
– Achieve customer service and performance targets.
– Perform other customer service and administrative duties as required.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
– Freshers are welcome to apply.
– Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Good English communication skills.
– Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
– Good problem-solving skills.
– Basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge.
– Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
– UAE experience is an advantage.
