Customer Service Executive

A well-established company in the UAE is looking for a professional, customer-focused, and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join its team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person communication
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently
• Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Process customer requests, orders, and service-related documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
• Maintain accurate customer records and update databases
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications
• Positive attitude and professional customer-handling skills
