Job Overview

Nevertiti Star Trading , a dynamic Dubai-based company specialising in trading and distribution across diverse product categories, is seeking a diligent and proactive Customer Sales Support Executive to join our team. We are committed to quality, reliability, and building strong client relationships, and this role is central to achieving that mission.

This is a full-time position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates . The successful candidate will be a vital link between our sales team and our valued clients, providing essential administrative support and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. You will play a key part in the efficiency of our sales operations and contribute directly to our continued growth.

Salary: AED 2,500 - AED 3,500 per month

Responsibilities

* Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional assistance.

* Process customer orders, prepare quotations, and issue invoices accurately and efficiently.

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team to help them meet their targets.

* Maintain and update client records and sales data within the company's CRM system.

* Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain departments to ensure the timely dispatch and delivery of products.

* Address and resolve customer complaints or issues with a focus on achieving a satisfactory outcome.

* Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations for management.

* Provide excellent after-sales support to foster long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a sales support, customer service, or a similar administrative role.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

* Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a high level of attention to detail.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.

* Previous experience working with CRM software is highly desirable.

* A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities.

* The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
