Sobha Furniture is seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Executive – Facilities & Admin to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in facilities management and administration, particularly within a manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will oversee daily facility operations, coordinate with vendors and internal departments, maintain compliance records, and ensure that office infrastructure and maintenance activities are managed efficiently. Candidates with excellent organizational and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day facilities and administrative operations.

• Supervise housekeeping, maintenance activities, waste management, and external service providers.

• Coordinate office infrastructure projects, space planning, inspections, and preventive maintenance.

• Maintain facility documentation, service agreements, compliance records, and invoices.

• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational activities.
