Account Management Specialist Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Account Management Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that collateral are secured and properly documented;
- Prepare correspondence memoranda and report section’s activities;
- Coordinate with concerned Dealer Coordinators and Retail Financing Account Specialists for proper monitoring of dealer’s status of well-being;
- Maintain good working relationships with assigned dealer;
- Ensure that A/R is updated per dealer;
- Monitor and analyse dealer availments, performance, and capability and create countermeasures if necessary.
Requirements:
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Should be able to assess ongoing operational performance of target accounts;
- Meticulous and with sharp eye for detail;
- Must have 3-5 years working knowledge in in-depth financial analysis of wholesale accounts gained from banks and other financial analysis;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Graduate of any 4 year Business Course;
- With experience in handling accounts for collection and resolving billing problems;
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting with a keen inclination in sales and account management;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- With at least 1 year experience in collection and customer service background;
- Organized, dependable, honest and trustworthy.
