Our company is looking for a Key Account Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Submit sales activation performance (IAS and EMAS Sales Performance);
  • Negotiate personally to Outlet In-charge for increase of company product shelf space allocation and the deployment of standard plan-o-gram;
  • Check Customer Record Card of DSP;
  • Establish Bellweather Accounts for market intelligence purposes;
  • Ensure accurate and timely releases of incentives;
  • Check DSP compliance with their MCP and review booking quantity of outlets;
  • Implement & monitor strictly van loading factor & SKU range of company products;
  • Close hanging A/Rs within twenty-four (24) hours and to be charged for unclosed A/Rs;
  • Pull-out and make corresponding reports that BO spotted during trade check/audit will be charged to the merchandiser;
  • Conduct Merchandiser’s Meeting;
  • Assist in new product launching and gather feedback from trade;
  • Submit master coverage plan to the Regional Sales Head (RSH); IAS, EMAS, DSP & ESS;
  • Pool qualified candidates for IAS, EMAS and DSP;
  • Submit area status report;
  • Work with IAS/DMAS/DSP – those who need help and assistance in the sell-in of newly launched products.

Requirements:

  • Sales driven and enjoys sales negotiations and initiatives;
  • Solid customer service attitude;
  • Required Skill(s): analytical, communication, decision making, critical thinking, MS Word, MS Power point, MS Excel;
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Experience in ISO Certified Company;
  • Business Correspondence;
  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent;
  • Required skill(s): customer relations, strong service orientation, positive work attitude, professionalism and self-confidence;
  • Required language(s): English;
  • Sales and Marketing Knowledge;
  • Persuasion and Negotiation;
  • Bachelors degree graduate in Business Administration or relevant field;
  • Organization skills – keeping on top of each account requires focus, prioritization, and excellent follow-through;
  • Account Management;
  • Candidate must posses at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
