Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with our management team. This pivotal role requires a motivated, energetic and dynamic professional who is adept at business analytics, financial analysis, and project management, with exceptional presentation and communication skills. You will deep dive into our business processes to understand, analyze, and enhance our overall business strategy. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates a go-getter attitude, and is excited to contribute directly to the strategic growth of our organization.

• Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to provide data analysis that will support the formulation of recommendations for strategic decision-making
• Conducting in-depth business analytics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities
• Developing financial models, forecasts, and reports to support data-driven decisions
• Managing and overseeing key projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals
• Participating in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Creating compelling presentations and dashboards to effectively communicate findings, insights, and strategies to stakeholders
• Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to contribute innovative ideas

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 2+ years experience in business analysis, financial analysis, project management, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of business analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and financial modeling software (e.g., Excel)
• Proven project management experience, with familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously 
• Previous experience working directly with executive leadership
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
