Job Description

• Develop and implement revenue strategies for a portfolio of hotels (2 or 3 hotels).
• Conduct regular performance reviews and optimize pricing and inventory.
• Helps the growth of Revenue and Net Profit of the hotel through the Revenue Management tools.
• Participates to the actions of the business plan to achieve revenue goals.
• Coordinates promotions and merchandising opportunities.
• Ensures the inventory is available to the specific markets at the right prices at the right time.
• Effectively provides the service to all negotiated deals on the relevant channels.
• Ensures rate competitiveness in room only and packages and ensure the Best Rate Guarantee concept is happening by controlling the distribution channels.
• Analyzes weekly reports and communicate the trends to the Sales, Reservations and Front Office team.
• Participates in weekly Strategy Meeting to provide forecast supporting major market trends.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or Business Management preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of Reservations Management experience is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of Revenue Analytics/Strategy (or equivalent) experience is highly preferred
• Experience with Opera (PMS and S&C)
• Hospitality industry experience is highly preferred

Additional Information

• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Fluency in English , additional languages are a plus
