Sales Manager (Solar Battery Solutions)

With a strong focus on innovation, quality, and clean energy, it serves commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and government sectors through reliable renewable energy products.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth by expanding key accounts, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing market penetration for Client's solar lighting and battery product portfolio.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

- Identify and acquire new dealers, distributors, EPC contractors, government projects, and institutional clients.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

- Build long-term relationships with key customers and channel partners.

- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development plans.

- Mentor junior sales executives and support the sales team in achieving business objectives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3–8 years of sales experience in solar, batteries, electrical products, lighting, renewable energy, or related industries.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Strong network with distributors, contractors, EPC companies, or institutional customers is an advantage.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively.
