Store Manager

Al Fan Emirates Trading LLC is looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join its growing retail team across multiple locations in the UAE. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth business activities.

• Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets.

• Deliver an outstanding shopping experience for customers.

• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.

• Oversee inventory management, stock control, and merchandising.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards across the store.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

• Coordinate with the Head Office regarding operational requirements.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

• Previous experience in the fashion retail industry is preferred.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Good understanding of inventory management and retail operations.

• Proficiency in MS Office and POS/Retail Management Systems.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

• Male candidates preferred.

• Candidates must currently be residing in the UAE.
