Al Fan Emirates Trading LLC is looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join its growing retail team across multiple locations in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about fashion retail and have a proven ability to lead high-performing store teams.
The selected candidate will oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth business activities.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets.
• Deliver an outstanding shopping experience for customers.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
• Oversee inventory management, stock control, and merchandising.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards across the store.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with the Head Office regarding operational requirements.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Previous experience in the fashion retail industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good understanding of inventory management and retail operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS/Retail Management Systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Male candidates preferred.
• Candidates must currently be residing in the UAE.
