WibitCs is partnering with a leading Forex/CFD financial company , led by a management team with 20+ years of industry experience , on a mission to simplify trading and deliver excellence to clients across multiple continents .
We're looking for a driven, Tagalog-speaking FX Sales Conversion Agent to join their dynamic Dubai team and turn high-quality leads into loyal, active traders!
What You'll Be Doing
Promote the company's Forex & CFD products and services to prospective clients
Convert high-quality leads into active trading clients through consultative sales
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Maximise conversion rates and spot opportunities for future sales
Deliver top-tier customer service throughout the client journey
Stay current on financial markets, trading products, and industry trends
Hit individual sales targets & KPIs while staying compliant with company standards
✅ What We're Looking For
Native or fluent Tagalog , written and spoken
Mandatory previous experience in Forex & CFD
Previous experience in a Conversion or Retention sales role within Forex/CFD
️ Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Computer literate with solid knowledge of standard office applications
⚡ Comfortable in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
️ Experience with CRM systems and trading platforms
Knowledge of global financial markets and online trading products
