Tagalog-Speaking FX Conversion Team Lead
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Team Lead for our Tagalog FX Conversion Desk at a well-established brokerage firm based in Dubai.
If you have led a successful team in the past and are open to growing a high-performing team around you or potentially bringing trusted colleagues along. In that case, you may find this role especially rewarding.

Requirements:

Native or fluent Tagalog speaker

Minimum 1 year of experience in FX Conversion as TL

Strong leadership and team development skills

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Currently based in Dubai or open to relocating on short notice

Experience in building or growing a Conversion desk is a strong advantage
