WibitCs is partnering with a leading Forex/CFD financial company , led by a management team with 20+ years of industry experience , on a mission to simplify trading and deliver excellence to clients across multiple continents .
We're on the hunt for a Mandarin-speaking FX Sales Retention Agent to join a dynamic Dubai team, nurturing client relationships and driving long-term growth!
What You'll Be Doing
Promote FX & CFD products and services to prospective and existing clients
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and account growth
Convert high-quality leads into active, loyal trading clients
Grow upsell and cross-sell opportunities across client portfolios
Deliver consistent, high-level customer service across the full client lifecycle
Stay current on financial markets, trading conditions, and product updates
Consistently hit defined sales and retention targets
✅ What We're Looking For
Native or fluent Mandarin , spoken and written
Mandatory previous experience in FX & CFD
Prior experience in a Retention role within a Forex/CFD brokerage
️ Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
⚡ Comfortable in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
Strong numerical and analytical thinking skills
Computer literate with good CRM and office tool awareness
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Experience working with international brokerage teams
️ Familiarity with trading platforms and financial markets
Experience managing client portfolios in a sales or retention setting
