Palladium Properties LLC is expanding its team and is looking for motivated Real Estate Sales Agents to join its Dubai office. This opportunity is ideal for ambitious professionals who are passionate about sales and eager to build a rewarding career in Dubai’s dynamic real estate market.
The company offers extensive support, including qualified leads, marketing assistance, daily training, advanced sales tools, and guidance from experienced professionals. Candidates who are fluent in both Arabic and English and have a strong desire to succeed in sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with buying and selling real estate properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct property presentations and participate in roadshows and property events.
• Achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
• Utilize the company’s CRM system and premium property portals to manage leads effectively.
• Attend daily sales and product training sessions to enhance performance.
Requirements:
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
• Freshers with previous sales experience are welcome to apply.
