AZORA Group of Companies is seeking enthusiastic and target-driven Call Center Agents to join its growing real estate team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who enjoy engaging with customers, generating quality leads, and contributing to a high-performing sales environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective property buyers and investors, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments for property consultants, and maintaining accurate customer information in the CRM system. Candidates with previous experience in Dubai’s real estate market and strong communication skills will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective property buyers and investors.

• Generate and qualify sales leads for the Property Consultants.

• Schedule appointments with potential clients and coordinate follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system.

• Achieve daily and monthly lead generation and performance targets.

• Build positive relationships with prospective clients through professional communication.

• Support the sales team by ensuring qualified leads are passed on promptly.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in Call Center, Telesales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service.

• Previous experience in Dubai Real Estate is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; additional languages are an advantage.

• Strong sales, persuasion, negotiation, and customer service skills.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

• Candidates currently residing in the UAE with a valid visa are preferred.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Strong knowledge of:
